We need outgoing and empathetic team players, with the experience (paid or voluntary) to hit the ground running. You will have excellent communication skills, be hard and smart working and with the character, experience and drive to make a real difference with people. You’ll join a friendly and focused team who are passionate about supporting learners to grow and progress.
The ideal balance between the two roles would be to recruit someone able to lead on promotion and learner recruitment and someone able to lead on training delivery. However, you will work closely together and share tasks. Targets are achievable, allowing you to provide a quality, personalised service.
Please email your CV and Cover letter outlining how your skills and experience meet the person specification, stating for which of the roles you are applying for via www.charityjob.co.uk.
Alternatively, you can post your CV and Cover letter to the following address: Ashley Community Housing, Victoria Park Skills Centre, Smethwick, B66 3PU. The successful candidate will be appointed upon receipt of two references.
